Engineering & Automation, Inc. was founded on the idea that the
residential construction industry is far behind current industrial and
commercial standards of efficiency. Technologies that are commonplace and
available in industrial applications have been avoided in residential construction
for many reasons and for too many years
The problem
is that most commercial/industrial systems are engineered for only large
applications and are designed for optimum cost savings and efficiency.
Conceptually, large systems employ design elements that can be utilized for
residential use and are proven technologies and because of their efficiency
they are considered a "green" technology.

Engineering's "green" philosophy is in our motto; "Better
Green through Technology". "Green" should not
mean going backwards or "retrograding" to an agrarian
(pre-industry) society. Mankind must move forward and improve their use of
all fuels and technologies available - to improve, to innovate, to invent
and to progress.
